Adolph Hoffmann, Berlin
Conservation Notes:
Shell, liner, spike, wappen, cockades and chinstrap are all original and in as-found condition. It is my sincere belief that this helmet has never been polished or otherwise treated/cleaned in any way, has never been disassembled and was probably stored in a climate-controlled environment for the majority of its life.

Stamps/Markings:

·       Dome interior printed with manufacturer “A.Pb.Hoffmann” circular ink stamp, “1916” and “53” (size).

·       Kammerstempel stamped under neck guard.
