The Great War Gallery
The Gallery
contains photos of the author's modest personal collection of First
World War helmets, as well as details on the specifics of each piece. It
is intended as a supplement to the information presented in Helmets of the Great War
and references to the guide will be made throughout. Where restorations
have been performed, if any, they have been noted and care has been
taken such that they do not permanently impact the as-found condition of
the piece.
